Ecellent and central location very close to the train station. Also very close to the old city. Quiet hotel although in the city centre. Friendly staff, answered our online questions almost immediately. Small empty fridge in the room, which we found more convenient than a minibar. Also coffee and tea making facility. The hotel is part of the biggest shopping mall in Utrecht which is very convenient; for example, there are various breakfast alternatives just outside the hotel door, inside the shopping mall. We would say, more 5 star than 4 star, when compared to other 5 star hotels. All-in-all, very good value for money.

This was my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Utrecht. The hotel is very centrally located within the shopping centre and very close to the central railway station. My room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The ensuite bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. Most importantly, all staff were very helpful, very friendly, and always available to assist. The staff here are exceptional. I want to particularly commend Evangelos, Wim, Olivia, and Yannik

An excellent breakfast on offer with a running buffet of hot food, cold meats, pastries, cheeses, multiple bread choices, fresh juices, coffee tea etc. There were also menu choices on request, such as eggs benedict, fried eggs, poached etc. Evening dining was very enjoyable, a good selection of world wines and great service. Our room was on the top floor (9th) and was spacious, quiet, clean, and very well appointed. Outstanding shower room too. Towels were generously proportioned and complimentary soaps and shower gels by 'Rituals' .

Location between the station and town was really convenient. Room was large, modern and in really good condition. Bright view over the city from big windows. Toilet-shower room also in good condition with shower pressure and temperature good. Felt like a high standard hotel.

Breakfast was definitely a pleasant surprise. So was the gym; not big, but having the right equipment. The high ceiling in the room compensated for its size, which wasn't a lot wider than the bed itself. The staff was exceptional.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable very modern hotel. King bed was nice, large room. Easy couple minute walk to central Utrecht. Lots of restaurants, We did eat one dinner at the hotel. It was Excellent, great food and service..

Great location right next to the train station. A viable alternative to staying in the more expensive hotels in Amsterdam. Utrecht itself is a very beautiful city The hotel is in a shopping mall and there's lots of places to shop and eat around the hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice amenities

Really great location, was so easy to get to the shops and station but also to explore some of the smaller areas of Utrecht. The rooms were a really good size with a really nice big bathroom/shower, with Rituals toiletries! We went to Utrecht for a big music event and had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door for most of the weekend. We loved that the cleaning staff left a laundry bag of fresh towels, toilet roll and a refill for the coffee machine on the door - this was such a nice touch and meant we could enjoy hibernating in our room without running out on any essentials!
